平面设计师 Graphic Designer Brand Visual Development Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across online and offline channels Design marketing materials such as posters, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and promotional materials Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms 2. Social Media Creative Design Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms Collaborate with the marketing team to increase engagement and click-through rates Design key campaign visuals aligned with marketing themes 3. Marketing & Advertising Creative Design creatives for paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Optimize visual performance to improve conversions Test different creative concepts to enhance advertising results 4. Event & Print Design Design visuals for offline events, campus recruitment, exhibitions, and corporate activities Prepare print-ready artwork and manage production specifications Basic Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related fields 1–3 years of relevant design experience Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva / CapCut (Figma is a plus) Strong sense of layout, typography, and brand aesthetics Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Salary Range RM3,500 – RM4,000 per month
