POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience in both web and print design to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the Head of Marketing & Sales to develop compelling visuals that support our brand and marketing initiatives. From print brochures to web graphics, your designs will help inspire travelers to embark on life-changing adventures.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to travel into our Watertown, MA office, Tuesday through Thursday for team collaboration, training, and meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with web design tools
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills
  • Experience preparing files for print production and working with printers
  • Understanding of responsive design and web best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to design projects
  • Ability to regularly commute to Watertown, MA
