Position Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for our investment platform and marketing initiatives targeting the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, understanding of Japanese aesthetic preferences, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts through clear, engaging visuals. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms Design marketing materials specifically tailored to Japanese trader preferences and cultural sensibilities Develop educational content that simplifies complex investment and trading concepts through infographics and illustrations Design user interface elements and visual components for web and mobile applications Create presentation materials, pitch decks, and business communications Design print materials including brochures, flyers, and promotional collateral Maintain and evolve brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Collaborate with marketing, product, and social media teams on creative concepts Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Ensure all materials comply with Japanese financial services advertising regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with strong emphasis on print and digital design Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities across both print and digital platforms, ideally with examples of work for Japanese audiences Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy Deep understanding of design aesthetics, cultural nuances, and visual communication preferences Proven experience in creating effective layouts for marketing materials and brand collateral Experience designing for social media platforms and digital advertising Ability to translate technical financial concepts into accessible, culturally appropriate visual content Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent time management and organizational skills Business-level English communication skills (able to use English as working language) Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech, investment, or financial services industry UI/UX design experience and proficiency in Figma or Sketch Understanding of Japanese design aesthetics and market preferences Japanese language skills (reading/writing) Knowledge of financial investment terminology Experience with corporate branding and identity design Competitive salary based on experience and portfolio quality Annual performance-based bonus Access to latest design software and tools Flexible work arrangements (remote work supported) Professional development opportunities Portfolio-building projects with high visibility
