It’s Rights Management team focuses on sponsorship sales, with storytelling & selling on emotion at the forefront of our partnership propositions - taking them to market, seeking to deliver greater value and impact for partners whilst driving commercial growth for clients.
To date, the European arm of the Rights Management division has secured $1.2bn in sponsorship revenue for their clients. Delivering some of the biggest partnerships in world sport for the likes of NZ Rugby, the ECB, Juventus, Arsenal, and Mercedes Formula 1. The Rights Management team is supported by a 60 strong team of creative, strategy, insight & ops professionals (20 of which are creatives).
Job Overview:
We are looking to hire a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Rights Management division in London. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, agile designer with a can-do attitude looking to grow within the sports industry as a creative leader. You will be working closely with our EMEA Sales team to bring to life partnership campaigns & activation concepts for various brands and sports properties. Pulling together the best-in-class marketing materials across different mediums from print to digital. You can work under pressure with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.

SOME OF THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience at an agency or similar
  • A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • An understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro
  • An understanding of Keynote, Powerpoint & some experience in producing pitch decks
  • Art-working for print and digital assets
  • Some experience using Webflow or Figma would be beneficial
  • Some experience developing bespoke sales materials including brochures, websites and presentations
