Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling materials that align with our branding, marketing, and communication objectives. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality visuals across various platforms—including digital, print, and social media—while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and visual communication
  • Excellent attention to detail, visual storytelling, and typography
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative agency, in-house marketing team, or similar environment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Creative Development: Design innovative and engaging visuals for a range of media, including advertisements, social media content, brochures, websites, and other marketing collateral.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to enhance the brand’s visual presence.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and deliver within established timelines.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Apply stakeholder feedback constructively to refine designs and meet project expectations.
  • Production-Ready Assets: Prepare final files for both digital deployment and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and high quality.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to bring a modern edge to all creative work.
