Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and social media content creation, with a keen eye for detail, design trends, and user-centered thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and social media
· Develop user interfaces (UI) and ensure a seamless user experience (UX) across platforms
· Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align visuals with brand strategy
· Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for online campaigns
· Adapt designs for different formats and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies
· Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
· Expertise in UI/UX design
· Experience in creating social media content and digital marketing assets
· Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
· Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
· Attention to detail and creativity
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Must be based in Dubai or willing to work on-site
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
· Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
· Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, etc.)
· Understanding of branding and visual identity
