We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visual elements and enhancing user experience across all our brands. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of design projects, including website design, social media content creation, brochures, and more. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Design and produce a variety of digital and print materials, including website layouts, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and presentations. Conceptualize and create compelling visual content that effectively communicates key messages and enhances brand identity. Ensure consistency and coherence in design across all digital touchpoints, maintaining brand identity and user experience standards. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to continuously improve design processes and outputs. Requirements Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. English medium educational background preferred. Preferably located near Dhaka. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
