As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate our brand message and services to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop engaging and impactful designs for various print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website graphics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative and visually appealing designs for print and digital materials - Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and objectives - Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual materials - Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Provide support for other design needs as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or related industry - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines - Experience with video and animation is a plus
