What you’ll do

No two days are the same. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver creative solutions that support our people, clients and growth strategy. Your work will include:

• Designing high-quality marketing collateral including reports, proposals, brochures, presentations and flyers.
• Creating engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, our website and internal communications.
• Developing branded templates that improve consistency and efficiency across the firm.
• Overseeing the brand application across event collateral, signage, promotional materials and advertising assets.
• Supporting website design, multimedia projects, photography and video content.
• Managing the design resource library, templates and version control.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a Graphic Design role.
• A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat).
• Strong experience designing both print and digital marketing materials.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Word design skills.
• A strong understanding of typography, layout and visual communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, professional work.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• Previous experience with Canva, UX/UI design, email marketing platforms, video editing, photography or motion graphics would be an advantage.
• Experience within professional services, accounting, legal, consulting or another corporate environment will be highly regarded.
