Description
What some of your day-to-day responsibilities will look like Lead design development from brief to final artwork across digital, print, packaging, and campaign outputs Produce high quality digital assets (social, web banners, eDMs, online ads, video/motion as needed) Design print and retail materials including POS, signage, retail ads and promotional collateral Prepare packaging artwork and finished art to industry production standards Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive design solutions Maintain organised file structures and asset libraries with accurate versioning for efficiency What We’re Looking For You’ll have a degree in Graphic Design or related field, with 2-3 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role within a FMCG environment, along with: A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print and packaging design Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing priorities Strong knowledge of print production & finished art processes (packaging and retail) Experience designing for digital platforms (Figma, Canva and basic video editing a plus) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) An interest in skincare, beauty and wellness products is a bonus Why Join Us?
