YOUR MISSION

Do you think visually and enjoy translating complex ideas into clear, engaging design? Are you excited by the chance to build the visual identity of a young organisation at the heart of Europe’s AI ecosystem? We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic & Multimedia Designer (m/f/x) to join our Marketing & Communications team.
You will create visual content that brings our mission and activities to life: from event materials and publications to social media assets and infographics. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Institute to ensure our design output is consistent, creative, and impactful - helping us reach partners, policymakers, journalists, and the wider public. Your main responsibilities will be:

Design for Events - Create on-brand event materials, from stage visuals to programmes, roll-ups and digital banners. Publications & Reports – Design layouts, infographics and visuals for reports, whitepapers, and other publications.

• Social Media Content - Produce engaging visual assets (static and motion graphics) for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels.
• Brand Development - Contribute to evolving and maintaining our brand guidelines across all formats.
• Multimedia Creation - Support video editing, simple animations, or interactive assets for digital channels.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to translate messages into effective visuals.
