About the role

Patriot Campers is looking for a talented Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join the team on the Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll play a key role in how the Patriot brand looks, feels and communicates across digital, print, social media, events, products and customer experiences.

You'll have the opportunity to work across the full creative process, from designing product brochures and trade show stands to creating reels for Instagram, updating product pages, producing campaign graphics and coordinating photography shoots.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to marketing coordination, product launches, campaigns, sponsorships and ambassador activity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative across Patriot Campers and associated brands
• Design brochures, price lists, POS, signage, trade show assets, vehicle graphics and promotional merchandise
• Maintain brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
• Develop campaign concepts, product launch assets and advertising creative
• Write product descriptions, advertising copy and campaign messaging
• Manage and update the Patriot Campers website, keeping product pages, imagery, pricing and specifications current
• Create promotional banners, landing pages and campaign content
• Plan and coordinate photography and video shoots
• Produce and edit photography and video content
• Create reels, short-form video and motion graphics

About you

• Professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a similar role
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, design quality and versatility
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience creating content for digital and social media
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and branding
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing quality
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, photography, video production, website CMS platforms, e-commerce or digital advertising will be highly regarded
• Experience in the automotive, caravan, marine, outdoor, adventure or lifestyle industries would also be advantageous, but not essential.

Hours

This is a full-time role, working across a 9-day fortnight;

Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
