JOB SUMMARY:

Are you a sports fan or trading card collector with a passion for design? Dave & Adam’s is looking for a novice or junior-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will focus on creating graphics for email marketing, social media, web banners, retail signage, and in-store and event promotions.
We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in sports, pop culture, or collectibles—someone who’s excited to grow their design skills while helping bring products, promotions, and retail experiences to life.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• 0–2 years of design experience (internships, freelance work, or school projects welcome)
• Degree or coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
• Interest or background in sports, gaming, or collecting is a major plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Familiarity with basic design principles like composition, color, and typography
• Experience creating digital assets for email, social, or web is a bonus
• Canva, Asana, or Listrak experience is helpful, but not required
