__The Product__
ShippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants, helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand, marketing team, and product design team to develop innovative visual concepts.
• Design and execute projects across various mediums, including digital, print, and motion.
• Ensure consistency and quality in visual communication by adhering to brand guidelines. Work on video editing, newsletter design, and other multimedia content using Visual Composer and additional software tools.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize low-value-added tasks and streamline workflows.

Who You Are

• A proficient designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Experienced in Figma for digital design and prototyping.
• Familiar with Canva for quick and effective content creation.
• Skilled in motion design and video editing, bringing static designs to life.
• Naturally curious and resourceful, always eager to explore new creative solutions.
• A problem solver who thinks outside the box to overcome challenges.
• A creative thinker who takes risks and makes unexpected connections to drive business growth.
• Has at least 3 years of proven professional experience in graphic design.
• Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with AI tools for design optimization and workflow automation, staying ahead of industry trends.
