Position Overview: We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. This full-time, in-office position will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphic designs and performing website updates and maintenance for a variety of clients across different industries. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, tech-savvy, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in graphic design and website editing / maintenance
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Creative thinker with a passion for design and a collaborative attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Portfolio of relevant design work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a digital marketing agency setting
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Understanding of responsive website design

• Design digital and print materials including digital ads, flyers, billboards, brochures, logos, brand kits, and other marketing materials
• Prepare and deliver final files for print and digital production
• Price and submit print orders
• Perform routine updates and maintenance on client websites
• Create and edit website content, graphics, and page layouts as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor website issues and coordinate with developers on larger technical fixes
• Ensure all design and web work aligns with brand standards and client goals
• Collaborate with account managers, content creators, and the leadership team on project deliverables
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices, and digital marketing tools
• Perform regular quality checks to confirm all website content is accurate and functional
