YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for reviewing upcoming artwork, verifying that files are correct and complete and overseeing the plate order process.
• Coordinate and schedule all incoming designs concerning graphics.
• Arrange and attend pre-press meetings on and off site.
• Receive and communicate all information concerning graphics to and from designers, separators, customers, and Mondi.
• Stay updated on status of incoming jobs.
• Re-ordering of all plates damaged or worn out.
• Follow through on design after completion for future improvement.
• Sampling of printed material if needed.
• Able to perform plate testing and measuring using the Beta-Flex or additional equipment.
• Report any non-conforming materials or processes that may affect our quality into our Non-Conformance Management system.
• Create work orders for SAP to be transferred for purchase orders.
• Create purchase orders for upcoming jobs.
• Manage plate inventory.
• Perform any additional tasks outside this scope when needed.
