JOB SUMMARY

The Graphics Designer plays a crucial role in developing high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires expertise in digital and print design, creative problem-solving, and an eye for aesthetics to produce compelling visuals that engage target audiences. The Graphics Designer collaborates closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects that enhance brand presence across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, advertising, and print materials.
He/she should possess strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential for handling multiple design projects efficiently. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving design trends is crucial for success in this role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in basic MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications and Adobe Creative Suite or other designing software.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work with digital and print media, including knowledge of printing processes.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, and animation skills are a plus.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
