Summary: The Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village, a premier coastal destination in Destin, FL, is seeking a motivated and innovative Graphic Designer to join the Marketing and Events team. This person will create visual concepts to communicate ideas and information about the resort’s offerings and happenings. They will work on a variety of projects including websites, marketing materials, and print publications, ensuring designs are engaging, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Hybrid Role: This position will allow for 3 days in office and 2 at home/outside of office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information and artwork in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Availability Open and operational seven days a week. Employees are required to be available to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
License Requirements Valid driver’s license that has been in effect for at least three years, with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years.
