Job Description:
NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Graphics Designer/Photography to support a Federal Agency. This role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel. Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Four (4) years of experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
  • Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Flash).
  • Experience working in a military or healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.

Responsibilities
  • Design and produce graphics, photography, and videography services while collaborating with stakeholders to create content that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Plan, set up, and maintain audiovisual equipment for productions, ensuring proper shot composition, lighting, and artistic layout design.
  • Film, edit, and enhance multimedia projects using industry-standard software, incorporating music, sound effects, and voice-overs.
  • Responsible for final products to be in digital formats as well as print, mission dependent.
  • Log all jobs in the Government ticketing system and maintain an organized archive of digital assets for future use.
  • Plan and execute live streaming events, handling equipment setup, camera operation, and advising on effective media techniques.
  • Develop strategies to resolve production challenges and coordinate audiovisual projects with military and civilian managers.
  • Maintaining multimedia equipment and recommending purchases; developing resource estimates.
  • Conducting pre-production meetings to determine objectives and advising on effective media techniques.
  • Managing and executing technical aspects of live streaming on social media, including equipment setup and camera operation.
