Description As a Graphics Installer, you will provide top notch service, design, products, and installation for business, organization, and personal projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare vehicles for installation of vinyl decals, lettering, and wraps Install vinyl decals on various vehicles and other surfaces Installation may be in our facility or a customer’s facility Assist team with decal production as needed Writing up work orders. Assist production with printing, laminating, weeding, cutting, and other duties as needed. Other duties as assigned by hiring manager. Requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Requires standing for prolonged periods of time Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Normal range of hearing and vision. Comfortable with heights (climbing ladders, scaffolding, etc.) Ability to accurately read ruler measurements Ability to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery Maintain a neat and orderly work area, ensuring all materials, tools and equipment are in their proper place and the work area is clean and free of debris and clutter Ensure all tools and equipment are returned at end of day to the proper location; ensure all assigned work areas are ready for start of next shift Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe manner REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills Customer-focused Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers and co-workers Ability to handle multiple priorities, and identify creative solutions to problems High level of energy, personal accountability, and integrity Professional in attire and demeanor Ability to achieve install time deadlines Experience installing vinyl decals or vehicle wraps required Advanced Experience in difficult wrap installs/fenders/ complex shapes, large scale installs/ trucks/ semis Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
