Interest in video storytelling, editing styles, and social media content. An eye for design, color, and layout. Good communication and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and take feedback positively. 🎓 Education: A graduate or diploma in a program related to film production, media studies, communications, digital media, or a similar field. 📚 Bonus Points If You: Have created content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn. Are familiar with AI-driven video tools for tasks like auto-captioning or text-to-video generation, and can also use AI tools for graphic or thumbnail design. Are aware of current trends in motion graphics and editing techniques. Have a basic understanding of branding, storyboarding, and visual storytelling. 🌈 What You’ll Get: Mentorship from experienced designers and video editors.
