Description Four Corners Community Behavioral Health is seeking Case Managers, Certified Peer Support Specialists, and SSWs at our 24-hour Receiving Center & Social Detox. Duties include greeting clients in a crisis setting and assisting in supporting client’s needs throughout their stay at the Crisis Receiving Center. Assisting clients with intake paperwork, notifying clients of the rules of the center, and ensuring a positive and safe work environment. Assist with crisis de-escalation by assessing client’s needs and connecting them to resources within the community. Must be able to lift 20 lbs and bend, sit, and stand for periods of time. Communicating discharge plans with clients and staff and daily communication with staff is also required. Some transportation of clients may be required. Candidates must work with staff to ensure individuals receive the utmost care and compassion throughout their experience. Strong coordination skills and relevant work experience are preferred. Work three 12 hour night shift with a 4 hour shift on Wednesdays. Pay starts at $18.21 per hour for Case Managers and Peer Support and $22.63 per hour for SSWs, additional compensation is dependent on experience, and level of education. We offer a $2.00/hour differential for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays and an additional $2.00/hr. for time worked between 11 pm to 5 am. Up to an additional $4.00/hr. available for weekend grave shifts! Requirements Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement. EOE w/ a drug-free workplace.
