NOW HIRING: GRAVEL FOREMAN

We are looking for an experienced Gravel Foreman to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading crews and overseeing all aspects of gravel preparation and related scopes for residential construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in gravel work and residential prep
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow site plans
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Supervise and coordinate crews for:
• Weeping tile installation
• Delta wrap installation
• Exterior and interior gravel prep for homes
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, builders, and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
