• Circulate throughout the gaming floor to observe activity and support staff
• Supervise team members, ensuring excellent guest service
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints with professionalism
• Attend to malfunctioning machines and ensure quick solutions
• Interpret and explain house rules to guests as needed
• Maintain a safe, fair, and welcoming casino environment
