Schedule: - Start Times Vary from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Responsibilities: Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness. Provide medication counseling and education to nursing staff and patients. Monitor patient medication therapies and outcomes for safety and efficacy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy technicians and interns. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with pharmacy laws. Requirements: PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school. Current California pharmacist license in good standing. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting. Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
