Welcome to L’Hermitage Hotel Vancouver.
L’Hermitage Hotel is located on the corner of Richards and Robson Street in the very heart of Vancouver’s shopping and entertainment district and only blocks from its financial centre. L’Hermitage Hotel is a 60-room small luxury Boutique hotel, clean-lined, coolly stylish with just a touch of urban sophistication. Exclusively located on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of a residential tower, we offer traditional hotel rooms and suites in addition to One and Two Bedroom “homes” complete with fully-equipped kitchen. The Hotel also provides Concierge service to L’Hermitage en Ville, a 184-unit luxury residential apartment.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Graveyard Bellman 4-5 days a week. You will be working in an ‘empowered’ environment. Once fully trained, you will have the authority and decision-making skills to make a personal impact with the guests of the hotel. · Greet and welcome guest to the establishment and offer professional valet services
· Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items
· Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot
· Answer guests’ questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services
· Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities
· Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval
· Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions
· Collect and accurately label vehicle keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
· Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
· Operate vehicles safely and responsibility
· Organize and file paperwork regarding guests’ vehicles and daily transactions
· Meet and greet the En’Ville Residents Residents.
· Ensure effective security of hotel guests and residents all times including manning any CCTV and aid the smooth running of car parking facilities.
· Report any suspicious/unusual behavior, calling the police if necessary.
· Carry out regular patrols of the entire building and report any faults and/or security breaches found to the Building Manager.
· Ensure the tidiness of the common areas, hotel lobby, Front Desk assist with the cleaning of public areas if outside the housekeeping normal working hours.
· Perform minor maintenance repairs
· Perform task as directed by Front Desk Associates and Managers.
