Description:

GRC COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Here at Osborne, we are seeking a skilled GRC Compliance Analyst to join our Clients growing team. You will support industry, regulatory, and customer audit processes, ensuring their security and compliance posture is accurately represented. This role involves working closely with the Global Security Team and other business units to gather evidence, address compliance gaps, and draft responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of GRC experience in a tech-related field and 5–7 years in business process analysis or project methodology.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, SOC 2, DORA).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CRISC).
  • Experience in information security audits or risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with DORA and customer security questionnaires.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate ISO27001, SOC 2 Type II, and customer audits.
  • Assist Sales with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of compliance tools, including AI upgrades.
  • Collaborate across teams to collect evidence and address audit requirements.
  • Maintain and update security policies and procedures in line with governance standards.
  • Provide input on contracts for information security compliance.
