We are looking for a GRC Software Development and Customer Deployment SME – Casual (MTS Casual III- Systems Engineering). Aerospace on-site support is required to provide the NASA Glenn Research Center and other Aerospace customers with advanced expertise for further architecture, development, integration, deployment, and testing of Aerospace’s CHARIOT strategic planning software tool suite. This requires direct work with Aerospace’s software architecture team at GRC. Other work may include providing additional support to GRC and other customers in the form of data analysis, utilization and integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, and directly interfacing with various customers. The on-site Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be leading the deployment process for CHARIOT implementations at GRC and potentially other customer sites.
Work Model
This is a part-time casual position based in Cleveland, Ohio. Offering a hybrid work model that combines 1-2 regular onsite workdays and remote flexibility as the business needs allow.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • The primary customer for this work is the NASA Strategic Planning and Integration directorate and the Glenn Research Center (GRC)
  • This role will fit within the Human Exploration & Spaceflight group within the Aerospace Corporation.
  • The primary function of the role is to provide an on-site Aerospace Subject Matter Expert (SME) that will lead integration and deployment of Aerospace’s CHARIOT tool.
