Cases include: Ortho, Endo, ENT
Compensation: $107 an hour with 40 hour a week guarantee ($222,560 a year). Option for a .8 or .9 available. 6 weeks PTO.

Facility Description: 3 OR and 2 Procedure rooms; operated M-F 7-3:30pm no weekends or nights or holidays
