Job Description The Great Region Manager oversees the implementation of divisional strategies and leads the Great Region's divisional teams. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and profitability within the region in alignment with local budgetary goals. Additionally, the Great Region Manager ensures the efficiency of team members and fosters continuous skills development, aiming to enhance the value proposition for each business served. Operational Leadership: Contribute to the division’s business plan and budget design. Oversee national business plans to deliver divisional strategy and achieve sales objectives. Ensure sales team productivity, effectiveness, and quality improvement. Accountable for BUs P&L, sales reports, budget revisions, and compliance with commercial deals. Facilitate divisional tools, guidelines, and communication strategies while raising common BUs needs. Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop Division Country Directors to meet commercial goals. Support hiring strategies, talent reviews, and succession planning for division leaders. Strengthen the sales network and ensure the proper use of sales tools (e.g., CRM). Sales & Marketing: Drive business growth in line with divisional strategy and expand the customer portfolio. Maintain customer proximity, attend key events, and track market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with global teams to align product development and marketing initiatives. What We Seek: A dynamic leader with a strong business acumen, sales expertise, and a proven ability to manage teams and execute strategies effectively. Qualifications Master’s degree in management, engineering, or a related field. Extensive sales experience in industry/mechatronics. Knowledge of global and national market dynamics. Proven experience managing sales teams. Proficiency with operating systems (e.g., AS400, SAP) and CRM tools. Business-fluent in English. Availability for international business travel.
