To align with our business needs and to match individual profiles and aspirations, we offer career opportunities for the youth to gain valuable working experience in the Greater Bay Area and pursue their career aspirations. We are looking for: Hong Kong residents aged between 18 to 29 who have graduated from a recognised Hong Kong or overseas university and holding a bachelor’s degree or above with the following attributes: Strong enthusiasm to develop career in the Greater Bay Area Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin Willingness to be stationed in Shenzhen for 18 months (1) Information Technology Systems Trainee – Greater Bay Area Responsibilities Assist in gathering user requirements and supporting system analysis and design, especially for AI‑related functions Participate in development and testing of system modules, including AI features or AI agents Support project coordination, monitor vendor development progress and review the submitted code to ensure quality and compliance Provide system implementation support, user training, daily system maintenance and operational reporting Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Proficient in Python, experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers) Familiar with at least one major LLM (e.g. DeepSeek, Qwen, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) Basic knowledge of one LLM application framework (e.g. Dify, LangChain, AutoGPT, AutoGen), experience with RAG or agents is a plus Knowledge of at least one database system (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB) Able to quickly understand enterprise systems and propose AI enhancements (2) Public Relations Trainee – Greater Bay Area Responsibilities Support brand strategy development through industry, competitor and user analysis Build and maintain partnership networks and support collaboration initiatives Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing and brand activities Assist in reviewing campaign performance and summarizing insights to enhance brand strategy Requirements Degree in Journalism & Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or a related discipline Experience in public relations, advertising or related areas is an advantage (3) Station Maintenance Trainee – Greater Bay Area Responsibilities Support daily network operations, monitoring, inspections and basic troubleshooting for the Longhua Data Centre and Network Operations Control Center Assist with routine network maintenance of security equipment and coordination of related projects Prepare training materials, support basic technical training and assist in updating emergency response plans and drills Contribute to improving workflows by learning and exploring better technical solutions Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Automation, Networking, Communications or a related discipline Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (OpenStack, VMware) and cloud resource management Ability to use scripting or embedded/PLC programming in AIoT applications Understanding of network management and common industrial communication protocols Familiarity with basic network/cloud security concepts Ability to perform simple database operations (Oracle, MySQL, GBase) and SQL queries (4) Safety and Quality Management Trainee – Greater Bay Area Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the safety and quality management documents and manuals, including ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001 Conduct safety and quality management training to promote and enhance safety and quality awareness for internal and external stakeholders Participate in safety audit reviews and follow up non-compliance activities Requirements Degree in Safety and Quality Management or a related discipline Basic understanding of ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001 is an advantage Remarks Appointment will be made on 18-month contract terms.
