Position Overview:
Are you a socially savvy college student passionate about Greek life and student engagement? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love organizing events, and enjoy building relationships with student organizations? Are you a natural leader ready to make an impact?
We’re looking for a Greek Coordinator to lead our outreach and engagement efforts with fraternities, sororities, and student-led organizations. This role plays a critical part in driving brand visibility and leasing interest through strong partnerships, event execution, and strategic content collaboration.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 20 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager
  • Coordinate Greek Life sponsorships, including Work Week meals, and coffee drops
  • Organize Goodie Bags and VIP-style social giveaways to engage new members
  • Schedule and attend chapter/organization speaking engagements to connect directly with student groups and drive leasing interest
  • Support recruitment-driven content strategy in collaboration with relevant partners
  • Plan sisterhood events and philanthropy initiatives in partnership with local businesses and student orgs
  • Lead finals care package drops and recurring philanthropy sponsorships throughout the year
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing on-campus events that increase visibility and generate traffic
  • Maintain strong relationships with student organizations to support inclusive outreach
  • Coordinate logistics for activations such as wellness pop-ups, tabling, bar tabs, and apartment tours
  • Ensure seamless event-day setup, brand alignment, and follow-up
  • Foster long-term relationships with key partners and continuously identify new opportunities to support leasing goals
  • Support social media content creation in collaboration with student partners and campus influencers
  • Represent and build the brand of the property at all on- and off-campus events

Ideally, You’ll Have:

  • High School Diploma or comparable degree
  • Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
  • The utmost level of integrity in all instances, and shows respect towards others and towards company principles

You’ll crush it if you have experience with

  • Ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate conventions based on the situation
  • Actively listening to others, asking questions to verify understanding, and providing feedback with tact and consideration
  • Efficiently using time by prioritizing and planning work activities
  • Sharing key information with others involved in a project or effort, working in harmony to accomplish objectives, responding with enthusiasm to directives, and showing support for departmental and organizational decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
