In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer support, assisting Greek-speaking clients with their inquiries and providing them with exceptional service related to financial products and services. Responsibilities Assist Greek-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, answering questions and providing information on various financial products. Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure prompt resolutions as needed. Stay informed about financial services and industry trends to provide customers with up-to-date information. Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing thorough and thoughtful support. Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector or related industries. Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to handle complex queries and resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software. Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude, as well as self-motivated to work independently. Willingness to work in Athens and become an integral part of a dynamic team.
