POSITION SUMMARY:

• Assist with the client’s activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor medication intake and perform light house cleaning
• Provide basic meal preparation and planning
• Escort clients to appointments and events
• Offer respite and companion care
• Observe and report client’s condition to Care Coordinators

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PAB certification, PDSB, and Law 90, and CPR
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and/or English.
• Experience with dementia is required
  This is an On Call Part-Time position with the possibility of Full-time hours when available.

• Une expérience de la démence est requise
  Il s’agit d’un poste à temps partiel sur appel, avec la possibilité d’un temps plein en cas de disponibilité.
