As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for developing the menu, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's high standards of quality. Your ability to communicate effectively in Greek will be vital in collaborating with the team and enhancing the dining experience. Responsibilities: Design and implement a creative menu that reflects authentic Greek cuisine. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Select and procure high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers. Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service delivery. Monitor kitchen operations and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality. Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into menu offerings. Fluency in Greek is essential. Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a fine dining restaurant. Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine and culinary techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and passion for culinary arts. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. As per the market standards.
