In this office-based role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our Greek-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Assist Greek-speaking customers in person and via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to financial products and services. Provide detailed information on account management, transactions, and service offerings. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and propose improvements. Stay updated on company offerings, financial regulations, and industry trends to provide informed support. Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience. Aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to assist customers in understanding financial concepts. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
