Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Greek Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the financial department in Athens. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service support to Greek-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries related to financial products and services while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Assist Greek-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about financial services and products. Provide accurate information regarding account management, transactions, and general banking services. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for quality control and record-keeping. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience. Keep up-to-date with financial products, services, and industry regulations to provide informed support. Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in finance and willingness to learn about financial products and services.
