In this role, you will assist clients with various inquiries related to financial products and services while ensuring clear and effective communication in Greek. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services, including account information, loans, and investment options via phone, email, and chat in Greek. Provide accurate information about financial regulations, policies, and procedures to clients. Assist customers with account management, including transactions, disputes, and service requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up. Collaborate with financial advisors and support teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulations to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or banking sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client care. Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications.
