Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Greek Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this key position, you will ensure the safety and security of our online platforms by monitoring content, addressing user safety concerns, and upholding community guidelines. Your role will be integral to maintaining a trustworthy and safe digital environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to identify any violations of safety policies. Conduct investigations into reported incidents, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks. Collaborate with internal teams to develop, update, and enforce digital trust and safety policies. Prepare comprehensive reports on safety incidents and trends to support organizational decisions. Stay updated with the latest developments in online safety and implement best practices. Communicate with users to provide guidance on safety measures and raise awareness of potential risks. Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented problem-solving. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage user interactions and safety concerns. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
