JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Green Mark Coordinator , you will be responsible for driving the company’s Green Mark certification and sustainability initiatives across our construction projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• GMAP or GMAAP certification is mandatory .
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability or Green Mark coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of BCA Green Mark criteria, certification workflows, and documentation .
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation management.
