Reporting to the Site Leader your key focus will be operational management including safety, production, compliance and engaging a skilled and committed workforce by leading cultural and behavioural change across the Green Mill. You will be instrumental in driving cultural change, fostering a safety-first mindset, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Ensure accountability at all levels to drive continuous production improvement, meeting and exceeding operational targets through consistent performance and proactive problem-solving.
Leveraging production data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Financial plans and budgets are delivered for the site in conjunction with key stakeholders.
You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 90 minutes drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury.
