Reporting to the Site Leader your key focus will be operational management including safety, production, compliance and engaging a skilled and committed workforce by leading cultural and behavioural change across the Green Mill. You will be instrumental in driving cultural change, fostering a safety-first mindset, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Lead Green Mill operations, driving safety, production, compliance, and cultural change across the site.
  • Inspire and engage a skilled workforce, equipping teams with the tools, confidence, and autonomy to deliver results.
  • Champion a safety-first mindset, ensuring every employee goes home in the same condition they arrived.
  • Deliver production results to plan while fostering accountability at all levels.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, solving challenges proactively and efficiently.
  • Leverage production data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimise operational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve financial plans and budgets while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Shape and embed a positive, high-performance culture through visible leadership and behavioural change
