About the Role
We’re currently hiring a Green Support Team Member to join our Delivery and Install team. Your core mission will be to sort, organize, move, stage pots and planters, and install new or replace old plants to our valued clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our plants arrive healthy and happy - and that you are too.
This is a physically active, full-time position ideal for someone who loves plants, has great people skills, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.

Your Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver live plants with care and efficiency
• Organize, stage and prepare deliveries at our warehouse
• Lift and move heavy planters in various weather conditions
• Represent Greenery’s values in client interactions
• Follow established procedures while adapting to real-time problem-

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Love plants and are committed to treating them with care and respect
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean abstract
• Are a safe and capable driver in all weather conditions
• Can perform basic vehicle maintenance (change a tire, jumpstart a battery)
• Stay focused and solutions-oriented when things don’t go as planned
• Follow directions well and learn quickly
• Are a team player who supports your colleagues and contributes to a positive work culture
• Are bondable, fully vaccinated, and a non-smoker
• Are in good physical condition and comfortable with physically demanding work - you will be on your feet most of the day

What We Offer

• $21–$24/hour based on experience
