We are looking for two full time (or part time) nursery production assistants.
No Experience required. Must enjoy working outside (cold and/or hot). These are not temporary/season positions -year round work is available. You must be able to lift heavy shrubs/trees at times, have your own dependable transportation, and be drug free. This person will likely be scheduled for 20-40 hrs a week depending on your needs . We have plenty of hours to offer at all times! ($12.00) to start -increases beyond are possible with experience (full time employment $13 /30days)
Job description:
1. Pot up trees and shrubs (mostly in cold frame greenhouses in winter)
2. Move and carry multiple trees and shrubs at times (1lb to 80lbs+/-)
3. Trim plants
4. Load and unload trucks
5. MUST have an open schedule (M-Fri) to work
6. Strong work ethic preferred!
7. Plant knowledge not required (we will train as needed)
