We are currently recruiting a Greenkeeper Technician to join our Greenkeeping team at Carton House.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 Years Experience working on a golf course.
• A minimum of a Level 6 Greenkeeping Qualification.
• PA 1,2,6, Spraying Certs.
• Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
• Cultural and chemical Knowledge for fine turf Maintenance.
• Machinery, Irrigation, Chemical, Fertilizer knowledge.
• A minimum of a Level 6 Greenkeeping Qualification.
• A commitment to hard work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative

• Work alongside Management, greenkeepers and operatives.
• Assist in turf maintenance including mowing, irrigating and control of pests on the greens.
• General golf course set up procedures.
• Bunker raking, edging and repairing divots on a daily basis.
• Operate machinery
• Golf Knowledge Set up.
• Practice safe handling of all chemicals and fertilizer accordingly.
• Assist in ensuring the course is properly laid out and prepared for members and guests
