Part of WW Presales organization manages a Digital Presales solutions center based in Bangalore, Pune and Dalian supporting APIJ Geos with a team of Solution Architects covering GreenLake Flex and OS portfolios. Role is to drive Digital presales execution, and close alignment with Geo stakeholders, while leading transformation from an enablement, hiring and operations perspective. Digital Presales Solutions Center support local sales on custom opportunities through the sales cycle; solutioning primarily and/or extended E2E coverage. What you'll do: Understand Digital Presales scope, transformation and evolution and convey it to resources. Ensure understanding of DP strategy and priorities Responsible for enabling the right operating model within center to support geo needs Drive efficiency and optimization for the activities along with other centers Align with overall Digital Presales deliverables and expectations Overall enable team’s engagement into the team, the organization and HPE by supporting their growth, their career path and development. Work/collaborate with other solutions Centers’s resources (SA; manager; SME) Key deliverables/accountabilities: Resource management and planning: lead direct team of 10+ resources + Manager Creates an environment where employees are engaged and motivated. Coach/mentor resources and drives employee’s development plan Promote when applicable Incorporates and coordinates on-boarding plan for new team members Drive with support from ops lead day-to-day activity Participates /monitors/ assesses skills requirements Capacity Management /planning Plan training along with global DP onboarding and upskilling Operational Excellence across teams: Align team structure to new processes and scope expansion if any or process changes.
