We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our brand-new food-focused convenience store on Morrison Street. Our store is centred around fast, fresh, and delicious food for now and on the go. As a vital part of our store team, you’ll be instrumental in our store’s success. This role is about more than just serving customers, it’s about ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious meal and contributing to a smooth-running store environment.
This role blends customer service with hands-on food preparation and general store support. You’ll work alongside your Manager and the wider team across various shift patterns to build great daily habits, deliver a standout customer experience, and ensure the store operates efficiently.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be on the front lines, ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience. Your typical day will involve:
- Providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and queries.
- Preparing fresh morning rolls and delicious sandwiches to our high standards.
- Keeping the store tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Supporting general store operations, including receiving deliveries and maintaining
cleanliness.
- Working to meet daily sales goals and ensure efficient service during peak times.
- Ensuring every customer interaction is positive, from quick service to serving delicious food.
