Contract: Part Time hours available, 18 to 24 hours per week & various shift patterns including nights

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our brand-new food-focused convenience store on Morrison Street. Our store is centred around fast, fresh, and delicious food for now and on the go. As a key part of our operations, you will be instrumental in our store’s success. This role is about more than just leading a team, it’s about ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious meal. This leadership role blends retail expertise with food-forward thinking. You’ll work alongside your Manager and the team to build great daily habits, deliver a standout customer experience, and drive store performance.

TEAM LEADER WHAT?

As a Team Leader you will support your Manager by running your shifts effectively and motivating and driving yourself and colleagues to complete tasks. We’re looking for exceptional colleagues who don’t shy away from a challenge and will constantly go above and beyond to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will involve to:
- Inspire and support your team members to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding service.
- Work to meet sales targets, manage inventory with efficiency and ensure store runs like clockwork.
- Ensure every customer experience is positive from quick service to delicious food.
- Lead by example, demonstrating our values and commitment to perfection.
