RESPONSIBILITIES: Greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner and helps identify, confirm, and resolve customer concerns Execute thorough and accurate inspections to advise on recommended maintenance or needed repair Runs tests to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Drives vehicles for testing purposes Maintains efficiency and accuracy in servicing customer and dealer-owned vehicles Uses power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Quick Lube service experience required Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Ability to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specifications Strong knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance Effective analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Must exhibit personal and professional integrity Must have a valid driver’s license BENEFITS: Competitive Pay Opportunity for Internal Promotion and Career Growth Paid Vacation Full benefits options including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Accident Insurance 401(k) State of the Art Facility with a Professional Working Environment
