Job Details Job Location: Greenway Ford - Orlando, FL 32817 Greenway Ford Collision Center is seeking a dedicated Detailer & Shop Cleaner to join our fast-paced, high-volume collision team. This role is critical to ensuring every vehicle is returned to our guests in pristine condition and that our shop remains safe, organized, and professional. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough detailing of vehicles following collision repairs, including washing, vacuuming, buffing, waxing, and interior cleaning Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and cleanliness meet Greenway’s standards of Extreme Satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop areas, bays, and common spaces to support a safe and efficient work environment Dispose of debris and shop waste in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines Assist collision technicians and staff with moving vehicles as needed Monitor and maintain supplies for detailing and cleaning, notifying leadership when inventory is low Support the team with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Prior experience in detailing or cleaning preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and in a team environment Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Greenway? $16.00 per hour / 40 hours per week Competitive pay plan Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Paid time off and holiday pay Career growth opportunities within one of the nation’s top dealership groups A positive, team-oriented culture focused on guest and employee satisfaction
